Order confirmation/placement
Once the upfront payment has been completed, a sales representative will send you a sales note & an upfront payment file (supporting document) in an order confirmation email.

Wholesale price/ minimum order investment
Since we offer a wholesale price, there is a minimum order investment of $4,000 USD in all our products.

Delivery time
Delivery time calculation is based on the furniture quantities and its design. This information is included in the quote sent by the sales representative.

Shipping service
The shipping service is an additional investment because our factory is located in the city of Guadalajara in Mexico. Shipping rate is based on your restaurant location and the amount of furniture purchased.
In order to get the best price for your furniture shipping, we work with several transport providers.

Payment methods
You can pay either by debit or credit card, (Mastercard, Visa and American Express) check deposit, or wire transfer.

Delivery Requirement
In order to ship your order, you will have to cover the total payment (100%) of the products purchased. A sales representative will send you information at the moment your furniture is ready for its delivery.

Warranty
We have a one year warranty against factory defects. When you receive your furniture, it is important to review it and speak with a sales representative if there is any factory defect.

Order modifications
Once the upfront payment is made, there are fifteen business days for any kind of change. If you wish to modify your order, please contact a sales representative.

Color and texture variability
There is a possibility that colors, digital samples and textures appear a little bit different in some internet browsers and computers screens as a result of photographic inaccuracies, internet and the computer.
